Go to FetchPetRx.com and shop the site for your pet’s medication. You can filter by pet type (dog or cat), pet condition or brand and then add items to your cart, and proceed to check out. You can also call customer service at 877.299.0893 for assistance in placing an order (Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm ET; Saturday: 9am - 5pm ET). For Rx items, you will be required to answer a few quick questions about your pet (breed, weight, birthday, gender) and provide your veterinarian’s name and contact information. We’ll use that information to verify your pet’s prescription, and take care of the rest.
