What’s covered under advertising and reward?
If your pet goes missing while your policy is in effect, we’ll reimburse you up to $1,000 per year for the cost of advertising that they’re missing and paying a reasonable reward to the person who finds them.
What isn’t covered under advertising and reward?
We will not reimburse you for:
Any reward without a signed receipt giving the name and address of the person who found your pet
Any reward paid to someone you know: a family member, housemate, employee, etc.
Any reward resulting from your neglect or from deliberately hiding your pet
How do I submit a claim for advertising and reward?
As soon as you realize your pet is missing, you have to:

Review the required information carefully.
Notify the police and ask for a case number and written confirmation of your report.
Notify the five (5) veterinary clinics and animal shelters closest to where your pet was last seen.
Submit a claim that includes the completed advertising and reward claim form, plus signed receipts showing how much you paid to advertise that your pet was missing and the amount of the reward you paid to the person who found them.
